dc.description.abstract7,8-Dihydroxy-3-phenylcoumarin derivatives reacted with 1,2-bis-(3-tosyloxypropoxy)benzene in CH3CN/alkali carbonate to furnish 3-phenylchromenone-14-crown-4 ether derivatives, which were identified with elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR and MS spectroscopy.
