M.Ü.T.E.F. Tekstil Eğitimi Bölümü’nün GTZ projesi gereği yeniden düzenlenmiş ders programları hakkında araştırma

Abstract

M.Ü.T.E.F TEKSTİL EĞİTİMİ BÖLÜMÜ'NÜN GTZ PROJESİ GEREĞİ YENİDEN DÜZENLENMİŞ DERS PROGRAMLARI HAKKINDA ARAŞTIRMA Bu tez çalışmasında Marmara Üniversitesi Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi Tekstil Eğitimi Bölümü mezunlarına ve mezun adaylarına yönelik anket çalışmaları tasarlanıp gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket çalışmaları ile, Tekstil Eğitimi mezun adaylarının gelecekteki iş yaşamlarında aldıkları eğitimin yeterli olup olmayacağı konusundaki düşünceleri değerlendirilmiştir. Bunun yanında mezunların da şu andaki iş yaşamlarında aldıkları eğitimin yeterliliği ve yetersiz yanları değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda GTZ Projesinin Tekstil Eğitimi Bölümü'ne ve mezunlarına katkıları çeşitli açılardan değerlendirilmiştir. Tez çalışmasının giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amaçları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde Teknik Eğitimin ve buna bağlı olarak Tekstil Eğitiminin gelişmiş ülkelerde ve Türkiye'deki durumu ile Türkiye'de Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim veren orta dereceli eğitim kurumları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Türkiye'de ve gelişmiş ülkelerde Teknik Öğretmen eğitimi karşılaştırılmıştır. Bunun dışında Türkiye'de ve gelişmiş ülkelerde Tekstil Eğitimi ile Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitimin nasıl finanse edildiği araştırılmıştır. Bu bölümde GTZ Projesinin tanımı, amacı ve kapsamı açıklanmış, sonuçları ortaya koyularak projenin öncesinde Marmara Üniversitesi Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi Tekstil Eğitimi Bölümü'nde okutulan derslerle proje başladıktan sonra yenilenmiş dersler verilmiştir. Böylece okutulan derslerde yapılan değişiklikler ortaya koyulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde tez çalışmaları yer almaktadır. Burada uygulama amacı, önemi, yöntemi ile mezun adayı, özel sektör çalışanları ve öğretmenlere uygulanan anketler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde SPSS istatistik yazılım programına göre yapılan analizler ve bunların sonuçları yer almaktadır. Analizler mezun adayı, özel sektör çalışanları ve öğretmenler için ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. Son bölümde literatür araştırması ve uygulama sonuçları yorumlanarak Tekstil Eğitimi nın GTZ Projesi öncesinde ve sonrasındaki durumu değerlendirilmiş, projenin sonuçları açıklanarak genel değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca projenin başarısının artırılması, geliştirilmesi ve Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitimin geliştirilmesi amacıyla çeşitli önerilere yer verilmiştir. Haziran, 2005V Ziynet Nalan Taş THE RESEARCH STUDY ABOUT THE UPDATED LESSEONS PROGRAMS ACCORDING TO THE GTZ PROJECT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MARMARA FACULTY OF EDUCATIONAL SCIENCES, DEPARTMENT OF TEXTILE EDUCATION In this thesis, a survey study is designed and realised aimed to the graduates and the candidates for being graduate from the Univercity of Marmara, the Faculty of the Technical Education, the Department of Textile Education. With survey studies, the opinions of the candidates for being graduate from the Textile Education Program about weather if their gained educatıon will satisfy their future working life or not are evaluated furthermore, the education of the graduates is appraised the adequacy and inadequacy on their existing working life. In this context, the aims of the GTZ Project to the graduates of the textile education department is evaluated. In the ıntroduction section of the thesis, the objectives of the study are explained. In the second section, the condition of the technical education and related textile education in the fully developed countries and in the Turkey and additionally the middle level educational institutions in Turkey are studied. Beside thise, the technical teachering education is compared between in Turkey and in the fully developed countries ın addition, the financement of the technical education and the profissional and tecnical education in Turkey and in the fully developed countries is investigated. In this section, the definition, objective and extension of the GTZ Project is expalined and by putting the conclutions for consideration, before the Project, the difference between the lessons in the Technical Education department of the Univercity of Marmara, the Faculty of Technical Education and the lessons after the Project begins are analysed. In this way, the changes on the lessons are bringing up in this study. In the third section, the thesis studies are involved. Here, the inquiries which appluing to the candidates for being graduated, the private sector workers and the teachers with the abjective of application, methods and importance are given. In the forth section, the analysis according to the statistical SPSS software program and the result of the this are involved. The analysis will be avaluated separately for the candidate for being graduated, the private sector worker and the teachers. At the final section, the literal research and the application results are interpreted and the situation of the textile education programs is evalueted befor anf after the GTZ Project and their results is explained and the general conclusion is done. In addition, the suggestions for the increase on achievement, of the Projects and for development of this and the development of the profissional and technical education are placed.
