Publication: Kasko sigortalarında fiyatlandırma
Abstract
OTO SIGORTALARINDA FIYATLANDIRMA Kasko sigortasi, günümüzde sigorta sektöründe önemi giderek artan bir konudur. Sigorta sirketleri, etkinliklerini arttirmaya yönelik gerçeklestirdikleri isletme içi iyilestirme faaliyetlerini, isletme disina tasiyarak daha global bir yaklasim içine girmelidirler. Ürettikleri hizmet veya ürünü nasil daha iyi sunarak rekabetçi yapilarini koruyabileceklerini belirleyebilmek için prim tespitinden, ürün ve/ veya hizmetin ulastigi son noktaya kadarki süreçte müsteriyle daha fazla birlikte olan acentelerle ortak bir çalismaya girerek, sistem bakis açisiyla, mevcut fiyatlandirmayi nasil daha iyi bir hale getirebileceklerinin arayisina girmelidirler. Bu tezin amaci, sigorta sirketinin bu çerçevede kasko fiyat tespitini yaparken hangi asamalardan geçmeleri ve ne tür faaliyetleri gerçeklestirmeleri gerektigini ortaya koymaktir. Konunun bütünlügünün saglanmasi amaciyla bireysel ve kolektif risk modellerine deginilmekle beraber, sigorta sirketlerinin kasko fiyat tespitinde güvenilirlik konusu detayli olarak ele alinmistir.
MOTOR INSURANCE RATING Nowadays, motor insurance rating issue is one with the highest priority in insurance industry. Insurance companies should change their focus from their internal operations to external with a more global focus, in order to increase their efficiency. They should cooperate with the insurance agents form fixing the premium till the final product distirbution to the end customer with a systems approach, to create better solutions in order to stay competitive. The purpose of this thesis is to state the phases that the insurance companies should pass through, and the actions they sould take while fixing automobile premium. Even though individual and collective risk models are explained throughout the thesis to provide the integrity of the subject, the credibility theory that occurs while fixing automobile premium is explained in detail.
