dc.description.abstractObjective: Pertussis is a vaccine-preventable, contagious respiratory infection. It can cause serious morbidity and mortality especially in young children. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of syndromic polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the diagnosis of pertussis and the clinical features of the patients.
