Publication: Psikolojik sermayenin örgütsel sinizm üzerindeki etkileri
Abstract

As a result of this study, a significant negative correlation was found between psychological capital and organizational cynicism. When sub components of psychological capital were analyzed in relation with sub components of organizational cynicism, these results were found: a significant negative correlation was found between the psychological capital sub components of self competence, optimism and emotional resilience and the organizational sub components (cognitive, emotional, behavioral cynicism). A significant negative correlation was found between the psychological capital sub component hope and the organizational cynicism sub components of cognitive and emotional cynicism; whereas a significant correlation was not found between sub components of hope and behavioral cynicism. In conclusion, recommendations were included for future studies based on the limitations of this research.
