Türkiye’de inşaat sektörü ve makro ekonomik değişkenler üzerinde etkisi

Abstract

İnşaat sektörünün ekonomide lider ve sürükleyici sektörlerden biri olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Türkiye’de inşaat sektörünün özellikle son yıllarda ekonomi açısından lokomotif sektör rolünü üstlenmesi, inşaat sektörünün ekonomi üzerindeki etkilerini daha önemli hale getirmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye’de inşaat sektörünün ekonomi üzerindeki etkilerinin makroekonomik göstergeler ve çeşitli sektörler açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma sonucunda Türkiye’de inşaat sektörünün birçok alt sektörü desteklediği ve ekonomik büyüme ve istihdam açısından önemli bir yere sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum ekonomi araçlarının kullanımı ve ekonomi politikalarının belirlenmesinde inşaat sektörünü önemli hale getirmektedir. Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi inşaat sektöründen, Türkiye’de de iktisadi büyümeyi ve sürekliliği sağlamak amacı ile makroekonomik politika aracı şeklinde yararlanılması beklenmektedir. İnşaat sektörünün, farklı sektörler ile doğrudan etkileşim halinde olduğunu ifade etmek gerekmektedir. Söz konusu sektörler; özellikle, cam, yalıtım, boya ve demir-çelik sektörleri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İnşaat sektörü ve alt sektörler, faaliyetleri kapsamında istihdama da önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır.

It is stated that the construction sector is one of the leading and driving sectors in the economy. Especially in recent years to assume the role of leading sector in terms of economy, the construction sector in Turkey, makes it more important than the impact on the economy of the construction sector. The purpose of this research; the impact on the economy of the construction sector in Turkey is evaluated in terms of macroeconomic indicators and the various sectors. In conclusion it supports many sub-sectors of the construction industry in Turkey, and was found to have an important place in terms of economic growth and employment. This situation makes the construction sector important in determining the use of economic tools and economic policies. In the construction sector in Turkey as well as all over the world are expected to benefit in the form of macroeconomic policy instruments with the aim of achieving economic growth and sustainability. It should be stated that the construction sector is in direct interaction with different sectors. These sectors are; especially, it appears as glass, insulation, paint and iron and steel sectors. The construction sector and sub-sectors also contribute significantly to employment within the scope of their activities.
