Bir oyun teorisi ve sporda özgürlük sorunu

Abstract

ÖZETAmaç: Bir Oyun ve Spor Teorisi ortaya koyan Bernard Suits’in felsefesini irdelenmek; bu görüş çerçevesinde, sporcunun automatlaşma sorununu ele almak, tartışmak ve sporda automatlaşma sorunu üstünde durmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bir Felsefe çalışmasında gereçler, konuyla ilgili literatürdür. Yöntem olarak da, felsefi çözümleme, birleşim (sentez) ve Hermeneutik yöntem kullanıldı.Bulgular: Çözümlemeler bağlamında Suits’in temel kavramları ve bunları nasıl tanımladığına ulaşıldı. Ayrıca özgürlük kavramı tarihsel ve sistematik olarak irdelenip belli anlayışların ne olduğu saptandı. Sonuçlar: Suits’in görüşü özgürlük açısından ele alındığında ‘oyun’ ve ‘spor’ kavramları bakımdan değişik zorluklar içermektedir. Oysa oyun ve spor, İnsanın en çok ihtiyaç duyduğu yaratıcı eylem, dinamizm, özgürlük ve mutluluk için kaçınılmazdır. Bu, çağımız İnsanı açısından bakıldığında Filozofa bir Ütopya düşündürüyor. Bu da, Filozofun değindiğimiz sıkıntıyı hissettiğini gösterir.

Atilla ErdemliDepartment: Physical Education and Sport Aim: Aim of this thesis is to inquire the philosophy of Bernard Suits who developed a Theory of Games and Sport; to examine and analyze the automatization of players/ game players and to focus on automatization problem in sport.Material and Method: In a Philosophy study, materials are the related literatures. As the method; philosophical analysis, synthesis and the Hermeneutic method are used.Findings: The main concepts of Suits and the ways he described these concepts are figured out within the analyses. Besides, the problem of freedom is historically and systematically examined to determine some certain understandings. Results: When Suits’ ideas are analyzed with regard to freedom, they have some difficulties. However; play, game and sport are inevitable for creative act, dynamism, freedom and happiness which are mostly needed by the people. When it is looked by the viewpoint of the people within this Era, this situation made Suits, the Philosopher think about an Utopia. Therefore, it shows that he felt this problem.
