ISO 9001: 2000 belgelendirme denetimi süreci ve örnek bir proje uygulaması

Abstract

“ISO 9001:2000 Belgelendirme Denetim Süreci ve Örnek Bir Proje Uygulamasi” konulu tezimde ISO 9001:2000 Belgelendirme denetimi süreci detayli bir sekilde anlatilmistir. Öncelikle denetimin planlanmasindan, denetçilerin belirlenip denetim ekibinin atanmasina kadar denetim öncesi belgelendirme kuruluslarinin yaptigi faaliyetler anlatilmistir.Firmanin denetlenmesi incelenmis ve denetim sonrasi denetime giren firmalarin ve belgelendirme kuruluslarinin yaptigi çalismalar incelenmistir. Bütün bu süreç örnek olarak alinan bir matbaa firmasinda incelenmistir. In the Thesis which’s subject is “ISO 9001:2000 Certification Assesment Process and A sample Project”; ISO 9001:2000 Certification assesment process was detailed explained. Firstly the activities of certification bodies like planing of assesment and designated the auditors, was explained. Then the company’s assesment process was investigated and after the assesment the activities of audited company and certification body was examined. All this process was examined for the sample of printing house company.
