Publication: Hemmün’n-Nebi ve ilgili hadisler bağlamında hükmi değeri
Abstract
Hz. Peygamber’in düşünce aşamasında kalmış arzuları anlamına gelen “hemmü’n-nebî” kavramını ele aldığımız çalışmamız, Rasûlullah’ı bütün yönleriyle tanıma ve tanıtma çabasının bir yönünü oluşturmaktadır. Hz. Peygamber’in söz ve fiillerinin yanı sıra, çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı istediği halde yapmadığı veya yapamadığı, düşünce aşamasında kalmış arzuları olmuştur. Bu çalışmamızda Hz. Peygamber’in bu arzularını tespit edip, ne ifade ettiklerini ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Araştırmamız, bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, konu ve kaynaklar tanıtılıp “hemm” kavramı üzerinde duruldu. Birinci bölümde, “hemm” ifade eden rivayetler sekiz ana başlık halinde ele alınarak tahlil edilip yorumlandı. İkinci bölümde ise, temenni ve terecci ifade eden rivayetlerin tahlil ve yorumu yapılıp, “hemm”in hükmî durumu ortaya kondu. Çalışma boyunca ulaşılan neticeler, sonuç bölümünde özetlendi.
The term “Hemmü’n-Nebî” that means the desires of Prophet (Muhammed) that haven’t been activated is our thesis. This thesis consists of Prophet’s (Muhammed) some visions. We try to understand and also introduce Prophet’s actions in his life. There were some desires of Muhammed that were not activeted in his life. The prophet couldn’t activeted his desires because of various causes in spite of his whishes.In our thesis we try to introduce his desires and their meanings. Our thesis consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction section the theme and sources have been introduced. After that therm of “hemm” have been narrated, too. In the first chapter, the narrations that mean “hemm” have been explained in the eight main titles and they have been interpreted with analises. In the second chapter, the narrations that mean “temenni” and “terecci” have been explained wisely also. Consequently the value of “hemm” has been appeared. In the conclusion sections, the results which have been reached during the study are summaried.
