Pantolon üretiminde modern teknolojiler ve üretim teknikleri

Abstract

Pantolon üretimi dünyada birçok işletmede yapılmaktadır. Ancak her işletmede kullanılan üretim teknikleri ve teknolojiler farklı olabilmektedir. Bu farklılığın en önemli sebeplerinden birisi yeterli teknik bilginin olmaması ve modern üretim tekniklerinin kazandıracağı faydaların bilinmemesidir. Ayrıca pantolon üretiminde çok çeşitli teknolojiler kullanılabilmektedir. Birçok işlem hem eski teknolojiler ile hem de son teknolojiler ile yapılabilmektedir. Bu ikisi arasındaki en önemli ilk iki fark pantolon üretiminde verimlilik ve kalite farkı olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Çalışma 5 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bölüm I ve II’ de hazır giyim sanayinin Türkiye’deki yeri ve önemi, problemleri, kullanılan teknolojiler, tezin amacı anlatılmıştır. Bölüm III’te pantolon üretimindeki iş akışı, teknik mühendislik konuları anlatılmıştır. Bölüm IV’te Tayeks işletmesinde yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda modern üretim teknolojileriyle normal sistemler karşılaştırılıp verimlilik ve kalite açısından değerlendirilmiş ve modern teknolojilerin daha avantajlı olduğu görülmüştür. Bölüm V’te firmaların önceki bölümlerde anlatılan verimlilik ve kalite konularının önemini kavradığı anlatılmış ve rekabet avantajı sağlamak için teknoloji yatırımlarının ne kadar önemli olduğu vurgulanmıştır.

In all over the world many companies producing trousers. But these companies are using different technics and technologies. The reason for this difference is, some companies do not have enough know-how to use this production technics, and also do not know what will be the advantages. Different technologies can be used for trousers production. Also many operations can be done by both the new and the old technologies. The main two difference between these old and new technologies are level of quality and productivity. There are 5 section in this thesis. In section I and II, the aim of thesis, problems of clothing sector and the technologies are explained. In section III, proses of throusers production and technical engineering issues are explained. In section IV, quality and productivity issues are compared between the modern tecnologies and the classic systems and have been observed the modern tecnologies have more advantages also this issue has been investigated in tayeks company. In section V, it is observed that the companies in clothing sector are noticed the technology is very important for productivity and the quality.
