Sistem teorisi bağlamında dijital tabanlı teknolojilerin iş yaşamına etkilerinin kuşaklar arası farklılıklarla karşılaştırılarak incelenmesi

Abstract

Bilişim teknolojilerinin geldiği son noktalardan biri veri güvenliğini ve şeffaflığını sağlayan blokzincir teknolojisidir. Son yıllarda daha da ilgi çeken bu teknoloji, geleneksel sistemlerden farklı olarak merkezi bir otorite tarafından kontrol edilmeyen yapısı ile radikal sayılmaktadır. Teknik yapısı sayesinde verilerin mahremiyetinin ve güvenliğinin sağlanmasıyla ilgili endişeleri ve problemleri ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Özellikle ekonomi dünyasında kripto para, DeFi gibi uygulamalarla kendinden söz ettirerek sosyal ve kurumsal hayatlarda bazı değişimler başlatmıştır. Toplumsal değişim sosyolojinin önemli unsurlarından olması sebebiyle teknoloji kaynaklı değişimi anlayabilmek için bilişsel gelişimlerin topluma etkileri incelenmelidir. Geçmişte kabul gören her bilişsel gelişme toplumun onayından geçmiştir bunun sebebi teknolojilerin içinde geliştiği toplumlardan ayrı olamaması hususudur. Mutlaka bir sürecin ardından kabul görmüş veya reddedilmiştir. Bu sebeple, birbirinden farklı sosyal, politik, ekonomik ve kültürel katkılarla büyümüş olan nesillerin düşüncelerinin sosyolojik açıdan incelenmesi ve anlaşılması önemli görülmüştür. Hâkim olan değerlerin nesilden nesile aktarımını sağlayan kuşaklar, yeniliklerin de taşıyıcısıdır. İşbu çalışmada kuşakların dijital teknolojilere ne kadar hazır olduğu, uyumlanıp uyumlanamadığı ve ne kadar güvendikleri ile ilgili husus Talcott Parsons İşlevselciliğiyle ile analiz edilmiştir. Nicel yöntemlerden tarama modeli kullanılarak betimsel nitelikte kesitsel bir çalışma yapılmıştır.Blokchain technology is one of the latest developments of information technologies which provides data security and transparency of data. This technology has attracted more attention in recent years and unlike traditional systems it is not controlled by central authorities. It eliminates concerns and problems related with ensuring privacy and security of data with the help of its technical structure. Especially in the field of finance, applications such as DeFi and crypto money have started to instigate changes in social and business lives. Since social changes are important elements of sociology, the effects of technological developments on society should be examined in order to understand changes caused by technology. Every technological development that was accepted in the past has passed through the approval of society because technologies cannot be separated from the societies in which they develop. It must have been accepted or rejected after a certain process. For this reason, it is important to understand how generations that grew up with different social, political, economic and cultural contributions approach these changes in technology. Generations that ensure the transmission of dominant values from generation to generation are also the bearers of innovations. In this study, the issue of generations’ readiness for and acceptance of new digital technologies, as well as the extent of their trust is analyzed and discussed through Talcott Parsons’ Structural Functionalism. A descriptive survey model was used within quantitative methods.
