Publication: Toplam kalite yönetimi ilkelerinin ilköğretim okullarında uygunabilirliğinin araştırılması
Abstract
İki aşamadan oluşan bu çalışmanın amacı, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi İlkelerine ilköğretim okullarında yönetici ve öğretmenler tarafından ne derece önem verildiğinin ve okullardaki uygulamasının belirlenmesidir. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi İlkelerinin Uygulanması ve Toplam Kalite Yönetimi İlkelerinin Önemi Ölçeklerinin geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışması birinci aşamayı oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmada İstanbul ili Anadolu ve Rumeli yakasından seçilen çeşitli ilçeler ve İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünün yönetici atamalarında belirlediği kriterlere sahip A-B-C okul tiplerinden 16 ilköğretim okulu yönetici ve öğretmenlerinden 343 denek ile çalışılmıştır. Sonuçlar bütün alt ölçeklerin bilimsel araştırmalarda kullanılabilecek düzeyde olduğunu göstermiştir. İkinci aşamada, birinci aşamada kullanılan deneklerle çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada kişisel bilgilerin belirtildiği anket formu ve deneklerin çalıştıkları okullardaki Toplam Kalite Yönetimi İlkelerini algılamalarını ve kendileri için önem derecesini belirleyen ölçek veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın istatistiksel analizlerinde; -Cronbach alpha, Spearman Brown, Guttman -Item Total, Item Remainder, Ayırdedicilik -İlişkisiz grup '' t '' testi -Pearson Moment ÇarpımKorelasyonu -LSD Testi -Nonparametrik Mann-Whitney ''u'' testi tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi İlkelerinin okullarımızda önem verildiği ölçüde uygulanmadığı görülmüştür.
The purpose of this two step project was to determine how well the principals of Total Quality Management are implemented in schools. The first step of this research was to test the reliability and consistency of both the Implementation -Application- of Total Quality Management Principals and the so called the most important Crıteria of Total Quality Principals. In this research we collabrated ( worked ) 16 ABC type primary schools, 343 administrator and teacher informants. The schools chosen for this project were said to use to the criteria that Ministry of Education İstanbul Directorate take into consideration whenever needed to appoint high executive officiers.The schools mentioned were chosen from different provinces of İstanbul on both sides. The outcome is proved that all subcriteria are reliable and consistent enough for scientific researches. In the second stage of this research same informants were used. As a means of data-collecting device a)a questiononaire with personal details, b)the way of the staff perceive Total Quality Management Principal concept and the importance of this concept in their career were taken into consideration. During the statistical analysis of this project - Cronbach alpha, Spearman Brown, Guttman - Item Total, Item Remainder, Dinstinctiveness - Irrelevant Moment Multiple Corelation -LSD test techniques were applied. -Nan - parametricMann - Whitney U test have been applied to this research As a result of this research, it has been found out that the principal's of Total quality Management haven't been applied in our schools as much as they were cared.
