Şekil Hafızalı Metallerin Mekanik Yapısındaki Faz Değişimlerinin Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi İle İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Şekil Hafızalı Metallerin ( ŞHM ) uygulanan gerilmeye bağlı olarak yapısında meydana gelen faz değişimleri ve birim şekil değişimlerini sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Bu malzemelerin şekil değişiminden faydalanılarak Güç/Ağırlık kriterinin günümüz aktüatörlerinden daha iyi sonuçlar vermesi endüstrinin ilgisini çekmiştir. ŞHMler sahip olduğu üstün özelliklerden ötürü karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olduğundan kontrol edilmesi zordur. Bu tür malzemelerin aktüatör olarak kullanılabilmesi, bu malzemenin mekanik yapısındaki faz değişimlerinin kontrollüne bağlıdır. Faz dönüşümlerinin kontrol edilebilmesi için faz değişimlerinin iyi bilinmesi ve gözlemlenmesi gerekir. Bu sebeple çalışmamızda malzeme yapısındaki faz değişimleri Msc.Marc/Mentat Sonlu Elemanlar Analiz programı ile araştırılarak gerilme-faz değişimleri ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, Shape Memory Metals phase changes occurring in the structure depending on the applied stress, and it changes depending on the strain investigated by finite element method. Deformation exchange utilizing the power/weight criteria to give better results than today's actuators have attracted the attention of the industry. SMAs have a complex structure because of superior features are difficult to control. This type of phase changes in the structure of the materials to be used as the actuator must be controlled. To control the phase variation of phase transformation should be observed. For this reason, the phase changes in the structure of study material Msc.Marc/Mentat Finite Element Analysis program to investigate the changes in stress-to-phase have been revealed.
