Publication: Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımının tedarik zinciri entegrasyonuna ve performansına etkisi : imalat sanayiinde bir araştırma
Abstract
İşletmelerin sürdürülebilirliği bakımından tedarik zinciri yönetimi artan öneme sahiptir. Küreselleşen dünyada tedarik zincirlerinin etkin yönetimi için bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanılarak, hem işletme içi iş süreçlerinde hem de işletmeler arası süreçlerde tedarik zinciri ortaklarıyla entegrasyon gerekmektedir. Nitel ve nicel olarak iki aşamalı gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın iki temel amacı bulunmaktadır. Birinci amaç, tedarik zinciri yönetiminde hangi bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanıldığını belirlemek ve özellikle imalat işletmelerinde mevcut durumu ortaya koymaktır. Nicel araştırmada ise, tedarik zinciri yönetiminde bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımının tedarik zinciri entegrasyonuna ve performansına etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın nitel kısmında, çevrimiçi olarak Zoom uygulaması üzerinden derinlemesine görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kayıt altına alınan görüşmeler sonrasında deşifre edilmiş ve verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Betimsel analiz sonucunda üç tema belirlenmiştir: bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kavramı, kapsamı ve işletmelerdeki uygulamaları; tedarik zinciri yönetiminde bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımı farklılıkları; bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin tedarikçiler ve müşterilerle entegrasyondaki rolü. Araştırmanın nicel kısmında ise 188 katılımcıdan telefonla anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS 26 Process Macro eklentisi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tedarik zinciri yönetiminde bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımının hem tedarik zinciri entegrasyonuna hem de tedarik zinciri performansına anlamlı ve olumlu etkisi bulunmuştur. Tedarik zinciri entegrasyonunun da tedarik zinciri performansı üzerinde anlamlı ve olumlu etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca tedarik zinciri entegrasyonunun, bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımı ve tedarik zinciri performansı arasındaki ilişkiye aracı olarak etki ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Supply chain management has an increasing importance in terms of sustainability of businesses. By using information and communication technologies for the effective management of supply chains in the globalizing World, Integration with supply chain partners is required, both in intra-organizational business processes and inter-organizational processes. This study, which was carried out in two stages, qualitative and quantitative, has two main objectives. The first aim is to determine which information and communication technologies are used in supply chain management and to reveal the current situation especially in manufacturing enterprises. In the quantitative research, it is aimed to determine the effect of the use of information and communication technologies in supply chain management on supply chain integration and performance. In the qualitative part of the research, In-depth interviews were conducted online via the Zoom application. After the recorded interviews, they were deciphered and descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the descriptive analysis, three themes were determined: the concept of information and communication technologies, its scope and applications in businesses; differences in the use of information communication technologies in supply chain management; the role of information communication technologies in integration with suppliers and customers. In the quantitative part of the study, data were collected from 188 participants by telephone survey method. IBM SPSS 26 program and Process Macro were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, it has been found that the use of information and communication technologies in supply chain management has a significant and positive effect on both supply chain integration and supply chain performance. Supply chain integration has also been found to have a significant and positive effect on supply chain performance. In addition, it has been determined that supply chain integration has a mediator effect on the relationship between the use of information and communication technologies and supply chain performance.
