TOPSIS ve ARAS yöntemleri ile bir lojistik firması için destek programı seçimi

Abstract

Avrupa Birliği, Türkiye Ticaret Bakanlığı ve KOSGEB tarafından firmalara yönelik birçok farklı destek sistemi mevcuttur. Firmaların daha iyiye gitmesi için yapacakları çalışmalarda onları teşvik edici desteklerin verilmesi hem firmanın gelişmesi hem içinde bulunduğu yerel ve uluslararası rekabette var olabilmesi hem de yeni istihdam alanlarının oluşması için önemli bir fırsattır. Tezimde, lojistik sektöründe yer alan bir firma baz alınarak Avrupa Birliği, Türkiye Ticaret Bakanlığı ve KOSGEB tarafından sağlanan destekler incelenmiş ve incelenen destekler, TOPSIS ve ARAS metotları kullanılarak sıralanmıştır. Kriterler uzman görüşleri ile belirlenmiş ve ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Bu çalışma sayesinde lojistik firmasının verilen desteklerden hangilerine öncelik vermesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir.

There are many different support systems provided by European Union, Turkey's Ministry of Commerce and KOSGEB for the Companies. Providing encouraging support for companies in their work to improve is an important opportunity for the company to develop, to exist in local and international competition, and to create new employment areas. In my thesis, the supports provided by the European Union, Turkey's Ministry of Commerce and KOSGEB on the basis of the company in logistics sector were examined and examined supports were listed by using TOPSIS & ARAS methods. Criteria were determined by expert opinions and weighted. Thanks to the study, it was specified the supports which logistics company should give priority.
