Abstract
TEZ ÖZETİ “Hadis Râvisinin Fazileti Hakkındaki Rivâyetlerin Değerlendirilmesi (el-Muhaddisu’l-Fâsıl özelinde)” ismini taşıyan yüksek lisans teziyle, Râmehurmuzî (ö.360/ 970)’nin, el-Muhaddisu’l-fâsıl beyne’r-râvî ve’l-vâ’î adlı eserinin ilk iki bölümünde ravilerin ve hadislerin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tez girişle birlikte üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Metot ve Kaynaklar hakkında bilgiler verilen girişten sonra “Râvînın Faziletine Dair Çalışmalar” başlığı altında tarihi arkaplan, konun hadis usulü ve müstakil eserlerde ele alınışı incelenmiştir. İkinci Bölüm’de “Râvînin Fazileti İle İlgili Rivâyetler” başlığı altında birer birer rivâyetler ele alınmış, râvîleri ve sıhhat durumları tesbit edilmiştir. Ardından varsa rivâyetin başka tariklerine bakılmış, bunlardan ilgili olanlara işaret edilmiştir. Nihayet bütün bu yapılanlar hakkında bir değerlendirme ortaya konulmuştur. Üçüncü Bölüm’de ise “Râvî ve Rivâyetlerin Değerlendirilmesi” başlığı altında ravilerin ve rivayetlerin sıhhati hakkında bilgiler istatistiki tablolar halinde verilerek eserin geneli hakkında bir fikir edinilmesine çalışılmıştır. Ravilerin haklarında cerh veya ta’dil gelmesi ya da durumlarının meçhul veya malum olması ile ilgili bilgiler ise EK: Râvîler bölümünde verilmiştir. THE
OF THESIS With the master thesis titled as “The Appreciation of Reports About the Excellence of Hadith Reporter (considering al-Muhaddith al-Fasil)”, it is intended to study at the introduction of Ramahurmuzi’s (d.360/ 970) al-Muhaddith al-fasil bayna al-rawi wa al-wa’i. The thesis consists of an introduction part and three section. After giving information about method and sources at the introduction, in the first section titled as “The Studies Concerned to Excellence of Reports”, the historical background, the subject in the hadith methodology and independent works’ discussions have been examined. Second section is titled as “The Reports Concerned to Excellence of Reporters”. In this section the hadiths are analyzed one by one, their reporter and situations are detected. Then, researches are made about other possible hadiths’ varations and related ones have been indicated. Finally, an appreciation is put forward about everything those stated above. In third section under the title of “The Appreciation of Reporters and Reports” it is aimed to have opinion about the general structure of the study by giving information as the statistical charts about the reliability of reporters and reports The case of reporters those upon whom jarh and ta’deel come and whose names and particularly status become known or unknown is given as an Attachment: Reporters.
