Step motor ile tahrik edilen iki eksenli bir kartezyen robotun, 8051 mikrodenetleyici çerçevesinde tasarlanması

Abstract

TEZ ÖZETİ: Step motor ile tahrik edilen iki eksenli bir kartezyen robotun, 8051 mikrodenetleyici ile tasarlanması isimli bu çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; Step motorlarla ilgili yapılan araştırma ve çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Step motorların çalışma prensipleri, diğer elektrik motorlarından çok farklıdır. Step motorlar da kendi aralarında sınıflara ayrılırlar. Step motor için bir sürücü elektronik devre ve kontrol devresi kullanılmaktadır. bu devreler incelenmiş ve uygulamaları yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; 8051 mikrodenetleyici tüm yönleriyle anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ayrıca 9 adet 8051 uygulama devresi ve yapılmıştır. Tezi oluşturan program ve devreler ayrı ayrı uygulamalar halinde yapılmıştır. Summry This work which is named as a double axis cartesia robot's start a step motor wich is designed with 8051 microcontrollers mode up three main parts. In the first part; There are research and works about step motors. The work principles of step motors arte differend from the other electrşc motors. Step motors are also classified in themselves. There is a driving electronic circuit and control circuit used for the step motor. These circuits are examined and their application haz been done. In the second part; The 8051 microcontroller haz been explained in detail. In the second part, also 9 of the 8051 application circuits and programs have been mode. The programs and the circuits that determine this thesis have been done in different applications. In the third part; Microcontroller and step motor circuit have been completed.
