dc.description.abstractThe effects of lighting on human psychology have been proved in the studies done in previous years. Both classroom and laboratory's lighting have great influence on the students' learning process. The main goal in this study is to make a great contribution to the energy saving work of interior lighting gaining importance in recent years. In this context, laboratory lighting application has been done in the laboratory in which the experiment theory is explained and have its application is done. Firstly, a lighting having conventional fluorescent lamp is applied. Then, the same lighting is applied with a system having LED luminaire we designed. And finally, this lighting application is repeated establishing control with the intelligent control system of LED luminaire. These lighting applications are compared in terms of illumination distribution, system cost and energy consumption.
