Gereksiz soru sormayı yasaklayan rivayetlerin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

GEREKSİZ SORU SORMAYI YASAKLAYAN RİVAYETLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ İlahî Kelâm, “Eğer bilmiyorsanız, bilenlere sorun!” emri ile insanın bilgi sahibi olmadığı zaruri konularda uzmanına gerekli ve faydalı sorular yöneltmesini teşvik etmiş, hiçbir faydası bulunmayıp yalnızca yeni problemler üreten, şüphelerin doğmasına, münakaşa ve ihtilafların ortaya çıkmasına sebep olan gereksiz soru sorma anlayışını ise, “Ey İman edenler! Açıklandığı takdirde sizi sıkıntıya sokacak konular hakkında soru sormayın!” emri ile yasaklamıştır. İlahî Kelâm’a paralel olarak Hz. Peygamber de bilgi üretmeyip yersiz tartışmalara yol açan gereksiz çok soru sorma eğilimini uygun görmemiştir. Araştırmamız bu hususla ilgili rivayetlerin incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmamız giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, soruların kısımları, soru sormanın usûlü ve adabı, soru-cevap metodu, Kur’an’da yer alan soru ve cevaplar, Hz. Peygamber’e yöneltilen sorulara Kur’an’ın yaklaşımı gibi hususlar

halinde sunularak, soru sormanın Kur’an ve Sünnet’te bütünüyle yasaklanan bir davranış olmamakla birlikte, bu hususta dikkat edilmesi gereken bir takım kurallar olduğu vurgulanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise konuyla ilgili rivayetler “Gereksiz Sorulardan Uzak Durmanın Gerekçeleri”, “Gereksiz Sorulara Hz. Peygamber’in Kızması ve Hoşa Gitmeyen Cevapları”, “Gereksiz Soruların Varabileceği Tehlikeliye Karşı Gösterilecek Tavır”, “Gereksiz Sorular Karşısında Ashabın Tavrı” ve “Gereksiz Soru Sormanın Vebali”, şeklinde beş ana başlık altında düzenlenerek değerlendirilmiştir. ABSTRACT ASSESSMENT OF NARRATİVES WHİCH PROHİBİT ASKİNG UNNECESSARY QUESTİON By the order of ‘ask the followers of the Reminder if you do not know’, divine speech encouraged people to ask experts necessary questions about the subjects that they do not know and with the order of ‘O you who believe! do not put questions about things which if declared to you may trouble you’, it forbade to ask unnecessary questions that provide no benefits, but produce new problems and cause doubts, dispute, and conflicts. Correspondingly to the divine speech, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has also disapproved to ask needless questions that would not produce knowledge, but would cause unneeded debates. In this point, our research comprises the investigation and assessment of the narratives about this subject. Our work consists of an introduction and two main parts. In the first part, the subjects including the sections of questions, the manner of asking questions, the method of asking question and answering, Koran’s approach to the questions that were asked Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) were introduced, and it was stated that asking a question was not forbidden by Koran and Sunnah, but it was emphasized that there are some rules that must be regarded about this subject. In the second part, the narratives related to this issue were assessed dividing them into 5 main sections: “The reasons to stay away from asking unnecessary questions”, “The anger of Prophet Muhammad and his disagreeable answers to needless questions”, “The attitude towards the danger that unnecessary questions would cause”, “The manner of As’hab towards asking needless questions”, “The burden of asking unnecessary questions”.
