Edebiyat psikolojisi bağlamında Hikmet Erhan Bener'in Kedi ve ölüm ile Acemiler adlı romanlarındaki savunma mekanizmalarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Hikmet Erhan Bener, Türk edebiyatı ve tefekkür tarihinde önemli şahsiyetlerdenbiridir. Bener’in ilk dönem romanlarında bireyin iç dünyası, açmazları, daha çok kendisi veilişkileri ön plandadır. Onun romanlarında insan psikolojisi hep öndedir. Bireyin açmazları,hayat mücadelesi altında ezilişi, toplumsal duyarlılıkla yazdığı romanlarında bile olayzincirini yöneten en önemli unsurlardır. Onun romanları insana kendisini anlatıyor, dahaçok kabul etmek istemediği kendisini. İnsanoğlunun kabul etmekte zorlandığı kötücülyanlarına büyülü bir ayna tutuyor bu romanlar. Erhan Bener bireyin iç dünyasındakikarmaşıklıkları birey-toplum ilişkisi bağlamında, gerçekçi ve doğal bir üslupla gözlerönüne seriyor.Bener’in hemen hemen bütün romanlarında bir savunma var, daha çok psikolojikbir savunma bu. Söz konusu romanlarda zorlukların iç içe geçtiği bir hayat kaosu var vebireyin bu kaosla mücadelesi işleniyor. Sonucunun başarılı olup olmadığı tartışılabilir birmücadele. Savunma mekanizmalarını romandaki kurgunun ana unsuru haline getirmiş biryazarın savunma psikolojisinin gelişimini ve yapısını çözümlemek bir gerekliliktir. Bugereklilik düşüncesiyle başlayan çalışmada, edebiyat-psikoloji ilişkisi bağlamında, HikmetErhan Bener’in Kedi ve Ölüm ile Acemiler romanlarındaki savunma mekanizmalarıpsikanalizin imkânları doğrultusunda incelenmiştir.

Hikmet Erhan Bener is one of the most important figures in the history of Turkishliterature and contemplation. In Bener’s early novels, the individual’s inner world,dilemmas, personality and relationships are the fronts. Besides that in his novels, humanpsychology is always the first. In his novels written with social sensitivity, the individual’sdilemmas and troubles under the struggle of life are the most important elements which areforming the chain of novel’s plot. His novels tell people about their personality; especiallythey do not want to admit. Thus, these novels mirror magically the human beings bad sidesthat they have accepted in difficulty. Hikmet Erhan Bener reveals the complexities of theindividual’s inner world in a context of individual-society relation, in a realistic and naturalstyle.In almost all of Bener’s novels there is a defence, mostly psychological defence. Inthe novels as mentioned, there is a life chaos in which the difficulties interlock and moreindividuals are struggling with this chaos. It is an arguable struggle whether the result issuccessful or not. It is a necessity to analyze the development and structure of defencepsychology for a writer who has worked up the defence mechanisms into the main elementof the fiction in the novel. In the study which started with the thought of this necessity, inthe context of literature-psychology relationship, Hikmet Erhan Bener’s defencemechanisms in the novels of Kedi ve Ölüm and Acemiler have been examined in the lightof the possibilities of psychoanalysis.
