Publication: İlaç sektöründe mali tablo analizi ve bir uygulama
Abstract
İLAÇ SEKTÖRÜNDE MALİ TABLO ANALİZİ VE BİR UYGULAMA Bir işletmenin mali yapısı, likidite, karlılık, varlık ve kaynak kullanım ve büyüme durumunun eğilimi ve yeterliliği; muhasebenin temel kavramlarına ve Tek Düzen Hesap Planı’na uygun olarak düzenlenmiş, gerçek ve doğru bilgileri yansıtan mali tablolardan edinilen verilerin yorumlanmasıyla belirlenmektedir. Bu veriler ise, işletme içi ve/ veya dışından edinilen çeşitli bilgi ve belgelerin mali tablolar analizi yöntemleri aracılığıyla bir araya getirilip, geçmiş faaliyet dönemi sonuçları, sektör ortalamaları, ülkenin mevcut ekonomik durumu gibi faktörler göz önünde bulundurularak eleştirilmesi, yorumlanması ve değerlendirilmesi sonucunda sağlanmaktadır. Bu sonuçlar, işletmenin yöneticilerinden çalışanlarına, kredi kurumlarından devlete, ortaklardan potansiyel yatırımcıya kadar birçok çıkar grubunu çeşitli açılardan ilgilendirmektedir. Batı ülkelerinde 19. yüzyılın sonlarından bu yana kullanılan ve geliştirilen analiz tekniklerinin, ülkemizde de sermaye piyasasındaki gelişmeler, işletmelerin sürekli büyüme eğilimleri ve uzun vadeli kredi taleplerine cevap verebilmek üzere finansal kurumların kredi sağlamada sağlam temeller kurma girişimleri nedeniyle kullanım alanı genişlemektedir. Bu çalışma, yasal düzenlemelerin ve kontrollerin gün geçtikçe arttığı ilaç sektörünün mevcut durumu ve eğilimini değişen uygulamalar ve artan rekabet karşısında mali tablolar analizi yöntemleriyle ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu durumda, görülmektedir ki gerçekleştirilen uygulamalardaki birtakım açıklar özellikle yerli işletmeleri etkilemekte ve sektörün gelişimini engellemektedir.
THE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS ON PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY AND A PRACTICE The trend and adequacy of the financial strength, liquidity, profitability and development situation, and the statement of how effectively the assets and capital are used, is determined by analysing and interpreting the financial statements which are in accordance with the basic accounting concepts and present true and accurate information. This database is provided at the end of the evaluation and interpretation process which compares documents and information received from both inside and outside the company with the company’s previous year and other companies’ current results, field results along with the current economic situation of the country.There are a number of groups which are interested in these results; ranging from managers to employees, credit institutions to the government and current to potential share holders. The importance of using analytical methods which have been used and developed by Western countries since the late 19th century, has also been increasing in our country due to the improvement of capital markets, the permanent development trends of companies and the attempts of credit institutions to set up the necessary foundation to keep up with long term credit demands. This thesis aims to examine, by carrying out a financial analysis, the current situation and trends of the pharmaceutical industry, despite constant changing rules and increased competition. In this case, deficiencies in the policies cause impediments, especially to the development of local companies.
