Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye ekonomik entegrasyonu : bölgesel politikalar kapsamında TRB2 bölgesinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Türkiye’nin dünyadaki en önemli ve en geniş kapsamlı ekonomik entegrasyon örneği olan AB’ye tam üye olma yolunda benimsediği AB bölgesel politikaların temel hedef bölge içi ve bölgeler arası gelişme farklılığını ortadan kaldırmaktır. Kümelenme birbirini tamalayan, birbirleriyle rekabet halinde olan firma ve kuruluşların bölgede yoğunlaşmaları olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bölgesel ve ulusal gelişme ve rekabet gücüne oldukça faydaları olan kümelenme olgusu hem dünyada hem de Türkiye’de hızlı bir biçimde gelişmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı TRB2 bölgesi illerinde potansiyeli olan, rekabeti yüksek sektörlerin tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaçla üç yıldız analizi ve açıklanmış karşılaştırmalı üstünlükler analizi ile TRB2 bölgesi olan Bitlis, Hakkari, Muş ve Van illerinde kümelenme potansiyeli olan sektörler belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde sektörlerin genel durum analizi yapılmıştır.EU regional policies, which Turkey has adapted to become the member of the most important and extensive economic integration example in the world, EU, aims to rule out intraregional and interregional development distinction. Aggregation is described as the concentration of firms and institutions, which complete each other and compete with each other, in a region. The concept of aggregation, which greatly contributes to regional and national development and competitive capacity, is rapidly developing both in Turkey and the world. The aim of this study is to determine the sectors with competition and potential in the TRB2 region. With this purpose, sectors with the potential of aggregation were determined in Bitlis, Hakkari, Muş and Van (which make up the TRB2 region) by making use of the Tri-Star Analysis and Explained Comparative Advantages Analysis Methods. With the acquired materials an overall status analysis of the sectors was provided.
