Abstract

KUR’ÂN’DA SOSYAL DEĞİŞİM (ENFÂL: 53, RA’D: 11 ÂYETLERİ BAĞLAMINDA) Tuba HATİP ÖZET Toplumların geçirdikleri değişimler uzun yıllardan beri inceleme konusu olmuştur. Topluma dair gelişme, ilerleme, yükseliş ve çöküş yasaları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Birey ve toplumun karşılıklı etkileşimi de bu bağlamda önem kazanmıştır. Bu çerçevede Kur’ân-ı Kerîm insana ve insan iradesine büyük önem atfetmektedir. İnsanların iradeleri olduğu gibi, toplumların da iradeleri vardır ve o toplumu oluşturan bireylerin davranış ve yaşayış tarzları toplumun geleceğini belirlemede rol oynamaktadır. Allah Teâlâ, bir toplum kendisinde bulunan durumu değiştirmedikçe, o topluma olan nimetini değiştirmeyeceğini bildirmektedir (Enfâl 8/ 53; Ra’d 13/ 11). Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de çeşitli kavimlerin yükseliş ve çöküşlerinden bahsedilerek toplum hakkındaki bu yasa desteklenmektedir. Kur’ân, Toplum, Değişim, Enfâl, Ra’d. The changes in societies have been a subject of interest for a long time. Academics have been trying to identify overarching laws with respect to the way societies develop, progress, rise and fall. The interaction between the individual and the society has gained significance in this regard. Within this context, the Quran gives high importance to human being and their will. Just as individuals, societies have their own will, and the behavior and living styles of individuals in a society have a bearing on its future. Allah says in the Quran that he will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves (Al-Anfal 8/ 53; Ar-Rad 13/ 11). The Quran supports this universal law on society with its mention of the rise and fall of peoples. Key Words: Qurân, Society, Changement, Anfal, Rad.
