Publication: Amatör futbolcuların kişilik özelliklerinin maruz kaldıkları mobbing davranışları üzerindeki etkisi
Abstract
Amaç: Amatör futbolcular bağlamında algılanan mobbinge kişilik özelliklerinin nasıl etki edeceğini ortaya koyması çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Gereç ve yöntem: Bu çalışma; 2018-2019 futbol sezonu içinde, İstanbul bölgesel amatör liglerinde mücadele eden erkek futbolcuları kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada; Olasılıklı Olmayan Örneklem yöntemlerinden, Gelişigüzel Örneklem Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada ölçme araçları olarak, Yıldız (2015b, s.13) tarafından geliştirilen 12 maddelik NAQ-F (Negative Acts Questionnaire-Football) ölçeği ile Araştırmanın ilk bölümünde içe-dışa dönük kişilik yapısını ölçmek üzere Eysenck Kişilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçek kişiliğin nevrotiklik-stabilite, dışa dönüklük-içe dönüklük ve psikotiklik gibi boyutlarının değerlendirilmesi ve ölçülmesini sağlamaktadır.Bulgular: Futbolcuların %76’sı 18-25 yaş aralığındadır. Futbolcuların %86,3’ü bekârdır. Araştırmaya katılan futbolcuların %55’i lise mezunu iken, %40,4’ü üniversite mezunudur.Sonuç: Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; amatör futbolcular orta seviyede mobbing algılamaktadırlar. Kişi, iş ilişkili ve fiziki-korkutucu mobbing seviyeleri ise düşük düzeydedir. Amatör sporcuların dışadönüklük ve yalan seviyeleri yüksektir. Buna karşın; psikotiklik ve nevrotiklik seviyeleri düşüktür. Diğer taraftan kişilik özellikleri ölçeğinin kontrolü amacıyla oluşturulan yalan düzeyinin yüksek olması dikkat çekicidir.
Objective: The purpose of the study is to reveal how personality traits will effect mobbing perceived in the context of amateur football players.Material and methods: This study includes male football players which compete in Istanbul amateur football leagues in 2018-2019 football season. In the study; Of the Non-Probability Sampling Methods, Haphazard Sampling Method was used. As the measurement tools in the study, the 12-item NAQ-F (Negative Acts Questionnaire-Football) scale developed by Yıldız (2015b, p.13) and Eysenck Personality Scale was used to measure the personality structure.Results: 76% of football players are between the ages of 18-25. 86,3 of football players are single. While 55% of the football players which participated the research have high school degrees, 40,4% have university degrees. Conclusion: This scale provides assessment and measurement of the dimensions of personality such as neuroticism-stability, extroversion-introversion and psychoticism. According to the findings obtained from the research; amateur football players perceive moderate mobbing. Person, work-related and physical-scary mobbing levels are low. The level of extroversion and to tell lie of amateur football players is high. Despite that; psychoticism and neurotic levels are low. On the other hand it is noteworthy that the level of lies which created to control the personality traits scale is high.
