Ortaöğretim kurumlarında hizmet üretiminin maliyetlendirilmesi ve Avcılar ticaret meslek lisesi’nde bir uygulama

Abstract

ORTAÖĞRETİM KURUMLARINDA HİZMET ÜRETİMİNİN MALİYETLENDİRİLMESİ VE AVCILAR TİCARET MESLEK LİSESİ’NDE BİR UYGULAMA ÖZET Eğitim; belirli bir süreç ve ortam içerisinde bilginin, zekânın ve bireysel yeteneklerin öğretimi ve geliştirilmesi faaliyetidir. Eğitim öğretimi de içerisine alan geniş kapsamlı bir süreçtir. Maliyet ise; belli bir amaca ulaşmak veya herhangi bir varlığı elde edebilmek için katlanılan fedakârlıkların parasal değerlerinin toplamı olarak ifade edilmektedir. Eğitime yapılan yatırımların ve maliyetlerin sistemli bir şekilde tespit edilmesi, gerek bu unsurların verimliliği açısından (fayda-maliyet), gerekse de hükümetlerin izleyeceği eğitim sistemleri ve politikaları açısından önemlilik arz etmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada, kamuya ait mesleki bir ortaöğretim kurumunda, eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerinden yararlanan öğrencilerin, eğitim ve öğretim dönemi boyunca, kamuya olan maliyet türleri ve tutarları bulunarak, belirlenen maliyet yerlerine birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü dağıtım uygulanmak suretiyle, kamuya olan maliyeti, toplam ve birim (öğrenci) maliyet olarak tespit edilmiştir. COSTING OF THE SERVICE GIVEN AT MIDDLE HIGH SCHOOLS, AND AN APPLICATION AT AVCILAR COMMERCIAL-VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Education is an activity related to teaching and improving of the knowledge, understanding and the individual skills during a definite period and at a definite media. Education is a comprehensive process which also includes the teaching activities. But the cost is described as the total of the financial values of the self-sacrifice to reach a certain goal or to get a possession. Both in terms of productivity of those elements (benefit-cost) and in terms of educational systems and policies which should be followed by the goverments; it is very important to detect systematically the investments and costs serve to education. In this study, costs of the students who are having the advantages of the education and teaching facilities at a vocational high school belonging to the government, have been detected in the total and unit (student) costs as specifying the type of the costs and amounts and applying the first, second and the third distribution to the places of the costs during the education and teaching period.
