Publication: Cumhuriyet döneminde sıkıyönetimler 1974-1983
Abstract
Bu çalışma kapsamında Türk siyasi hayatında sıkıyönetim uygulamaları incelenmiştir. Sıkıyönetimler idari bakımdan değerlendirilmiş, kanun ve anayasalarda gelişim ve değişimleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamı kabul edilen 1974-1983 sürecindeki farklı sebeplerle ilan edilen ve uygulanan sıkıyönetimler ile TBMM tarafından reddedilen bir sıkıyönetim uygulaması değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study imlementations of the martial law in Turkish political life were examined. In the study, Martial laws were interpreted in the governmental aspect and their development and changes in law and constitution were anayzed. The martial laws that were declared and implemented for different reasons throughout the years 1974-1980 which were accepted as the extent of this study and a Martial law that was rejected by The Grand National Assembly of Turkey were studied.
