İş-yaşam dengesi ve stres: İstanbul'da ilçe belediyelerinde çalışanlar üzerinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada iş-yaşam dengesi ve stres arasında ilişki olup olmadığı, çalışmaşartlarından memnuniyet ve iş tatmininin çalışanların stres düzeyini etkileyipetkilemediği, belli demografik özelliklerin iş-yaşam dengesini sağlama düzeyi ve stresdüzeyi üzerinde etkisinin bulunup bulunmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanınsonuçlarına göre iş-yaşam dengesi ile stres arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğubulunmuştur. Yine sonuçlara göre iş tatmini ile stres arasında da anlamlı bir ilişkininbulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma şartlarından memnuniyet ile stres arasında iseanlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır.

In this study; whether there is a relationship between work-life balance andstress, whether content with working conditions and job satisfaction effect the level ofstress of the employees, whether certain demographic characteristics ensure the level ofwork-life balance and whether there is any effect on the stress level is researched.According to the results of the study, there was a significant relationship between worklife balance and stress. Also, it was determined that there was a significant relationshipbetween job satisfaction and stress. No meaningful relationship is found betweencontent with working conditions and stress
