Abstract
Müşterek hesaplar bankacılık uygulamasında sıkça karşılaşılan hesaplardandır. Müşterek hesap bankada açılan hesabın birden fazla alacaklısı olduğunu gösterir ve banka hesap sahiplerinden herhangi birine yapacağı ödeme ile borcundan kurtulur. İşlem ve takip kolaylığı ayrıca vekalet olmadan üçüncü kişilerle işlem yapma imkanı sağlar. Bu çalışmada müşterek hesaplar ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmış ve bu konu üzerindeki belirsizlikler ve tartışmalar üzerinde durulmuştur.
Joint accounts are used very often in banking operations. It shows that there is contributory account in bank and Bank pays anyone of the account holders and it gets out of debt. Joint accounts can be opened as a single-signed and co-signed. Ease of operation and follow-up operation and also it provides making operation possibility with parties without the mandate. İn this study were taken and treated sa joint accounts detailed on these issues and discussions focused on uncertainty.
