Publication: The effect of COVID-19 fear on quality of work life through work stress during pandemic period: the case of airline employees
Abstract

In addition, it was determined that quality of work life has a statistically significant and negative effect on Fear of Covid-19; when other independent variables are held constant, a one-unit increase in the level of Quality of Work Life causes a decrease in the level of fear of Covid-19. In addition, as the participants' Covid-19 fear levels increase, their job stress also increases. Covid-19, job stress, quality of work life, airline industry, pandemics
