| dc.description.abstract | We describe a patient with hypersensitivity vasculitis due to ofloxacin therapy; the vasculitis was associated with elevated transaminase and IgA levels. Cyclophosphamide and intravenous pulse prednisolone resulted in clinical improvement. | |
