Abstract
Hemşirelerde Meslektaş Dayanışması ve İş StresiÖğrenci: Pınar GÜLDanışman: Prof. Dr. Ayşe Nefise BAHÇECİKAnabilim Dalı: Hemşirelik Amaç: Araştırma hemşirelerde meslektaş dayanışması ve iş stresini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki araştırma İstanbul ilinde bulunan hastanelerde çalışan 297 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Veri toplama aracı olarak tanıtıcı bilgi formu, meslektaş dayanışması ölçeği, iş stresi ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler; Studen t test, Oneway ANOVA test, Bonferroni test kullanıldı.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 28,94±6,96 yıl olup, %85,5’i kadın %43,8’i bekar, %69,4 lisans mezunu, %78,1’i gece/ gündüz şeklinde çalıştığı görüldü. Hemşirelerin Meslektaş Dayanışması Ölçeği toplam puanı ortalaması ve alt boyutları olan; duygusal dayanışma, akademik dayanışma, dayanışma ile ilgili olumsuz düşüncelerin alt boyut puanları sırasıyla ortalama 97.00±10,90, 38,93±5,00, 37,71±4,92, 20,36±3,36 olarak, İş stresi puan ortalaması ise 31,71±5,34 bulundu. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin meslektaş dayanışması düzeyi ve iş stresi düzeyi yüksek olarak saptandı.

Data were collected using the Introductory Information Form, Colleague Solidarity Scale and Work Stress Scale. Descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk test, Student’s t-test, One-way ANOVA test, Bonferroni test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the data.Results: Nurses had a mean age of 28.94±6.96 years, 85.5% were women, 43.8% were single, 69.4% had bachelor's degree and 78.1% worked in night/ day shifts. Nurses’ total score from the Colleague Solidarity Scale of Nurses Scale and their mean scores from the emotional solidarity, academic solidarity and negative opinions subscales were 97.00±10.90, 38.93±5.00, 37.71±4.92 and 20.36±3.36, respectively, and their total mean score from the Work Stress Scale was 31.71±5.34.Conclusion: Nurses had high level of colleague solidarity and high level of work stress.
