Bir Perakende İşletmesinde ERP Sistemi Üzerinden Satın Alma Ve Ödeme Döngüsünün Tasarımı

Abstract

Her geçen gün kullanım alanı genişleyen ERP sistemleri, işletmenin satın alma ve ödeme süreciile beraber birçok iş sürecinin entegre olarak çalıştırılabilmesine imkân sağlamaktadır. Ancak işsüreçleri ile ilgili bilgi hacminin artması ve ERP sistemlerinin kurulumu sırasında gerekli iç kontrolortamının yaratılmaması işletmeleri farklı hile riskleri ile karşı karşıya bırakmaktadır. Çalışmadaperakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firma için ERP sistemi üzerinden uygun satın alma veödeme döngüsü prosedürü tasarlanmıştır. Satın alma ve ödeme sürecinin ERP sistemleri üzerindennasıl işlediği anlatılmış olup, süreçte karşılaşılabilecek hata ve hileleri önlemede hangi kontrolönlemlerinin alınabileceği açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır

ERP systems that expand their field of application with each passing day enable the enterprise_x000D_ to operate in an integrated manner the purchasing and payment process as well as many business_x000D_ processes. But the increase in the volume of information related to business processes and the lack of_x000D_ the necessary internal control medium during the installation of ERP systems expose enterprises to_x000D_ different risks of frauds. In this study, an appropriate purchasing and payment cycle procedure has_x000D_ been designed through ERP system for a company operating in retail sector. It has been explained_x000D_ how the purchasing and payment process works through ERP systems and it has been tried to explain_x000D_ which control measures can be taken to prevent wrongs and frauds in the process.
