Abstract

Zengin kültürel mirasımızın önemli bir bölümünü oluşturan yöresel dokumalarımızın, Anadolu’nun toplumsal yapısına hem kültürel hem de ekonomik olarak etkisi olmuştur. Bu nedenle Anadolu dokumaları, sadece geleneksel el sanatları alanındaki çalışmaların konusu değil; aynı zamanda sosyal bilimler alanında da yapılan çalışmalara da konu olmuştur. Yıllar içinde incelenen farklı eserler ve bu eserlere ait bilgiler; akademik çalışmalarla, ustaların elinden çıkan dokumalarla ve müzelerde korunmuş eserler aracılığı ile günümüze ulaşmıştır. Bu bilgiler ışığında, Anadolu’nun hemen hemen her yöresine özgü geleneksel dokumaların olduğu bilinmektedir. Kültürümüzde bu denli eski tarihi geçmişi bulunan Anadolu dokumalarına ait bilgilerin ve dokuma kültürünün korunması, nesiller boyunca aktarılması; günümüz koşullarında bu alanda yapılan tüm araştırmaların, projelerin, müzelerde korunan dokuma görsellerinin ve kişisel arşivlerin kaynak erişimine açık olması ile bağlantılıdır. Bunun bilincinde olmak doğru ve güvenilir kaynakların daha fazla kişiye teknolojinin sağladığı hızlı ve kolay erişim imkanları ile ulaşması kültürün gelecek nesillere aktarılmasında önemlidir. Bu sebeple alana özel hazırlanmış olan ve özellikle görsel temelli çevrimiçi veri tabanı erişimi sağlayacak ii dijital bir sisteme ihtiyaç olduğu açıktır. Bu doğrultuda; interaktif içeriklerle desteklenebilir şekilde yapılandırılmış olan ‘dokumaharitasi.com’ internet sitesi tasarlanmış ve kullanıma hazır hale getirilmiştir. Akdeniz Bölgesi ilk örnek çalışma bölgesi olarak seçilerek hazırlanan internet sitesinin; moda ve tekstil tasarımı alanında eğitim gören öğrencilere, tekstil sektöründe çalışanlara, tasarımcı ve araştırmacılara ayrıca geleneksel dokumaları merak eden herkese hitap edecek şekilde yararlı olması amaçlanmıştır
