Globalizasyonun ulus devlet ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı, globalizasyon sürecinin ulus devletler üzerindeki etkisini irdelemektir. Günümüz dünyası, başta bilgi, iletişim ve ulaşım teknolojilerinde olmak üzere hızlı bir değişim süreci yaşamaktadır. Bu süreç etkisini ekonomik, siyasal, sosyal, kısacası hayatın her alanında göstermekte, dünya çapında ilişkilerin yoğunlaşması ile mesafeler ve sınırlar toplumsal hayatın pek çok alanında sınırlayıcı olmaktan çıkmaktadır. Bu tezde, bir dönem kapitalist sermaye birikiminin önünü açan devletin işlevlerinin, ilerleyen dönmelerde bu sermaye birikimin önünü tıkadığı, bu sebeple de devletin işlevlerinin yeni sermaye birikiminin gereklerini karşılayacak şekilde değişikliğe uğradığı görüşü temelinde, ulus devletin işlevlerinde meydana gelen değişiklikler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

This thesis is designed to study the effects of globalization process over nation states. The contemporary world is experiencing a rapid alteration period surrounding especially information, communication and transportation technologies. This process marks its upshots on economic, political social, in short on all fields of life. Moreover by intensification of relations all around the globe, distances and borders are getting out of being limitative. In this thesis the functions of state are analyzed, which initially paved and than barred the way for capitalist stock accumulation, on the basis that those mentioned functions of the state are transformed in a way to provide requirements of new capital accumulations, to explain the changes happened in the functions of the nation state.
