reselleşme, BRICS, Brezilya, Rusya Federasyon, Hindistan, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Güç Dengeleri ÖZET KÜRESEL EKONOMİDE GÜÇ DENGELERİNDEKİ DEĞİŞİM VE BRICS Küreselleşme süreciyle birlikte daha da karmaşıklaşan siyasi ve ekonomik ilişkileri bugün güç dengeleri bağlamında incelemeye kalktığımızda, İkinci Dünya Savaşı’ndan 90’lı yılların sonuna kadar hüküm süren ABD hegemonyasından çok daha farklı bir yapı ile karşı karşıya olduğumuz açıktır. Çalışmamızdaki amaç da özellikle 2000’li yılların başı itibariyle kendilerini göstermeye başlayan ve dünyayı çok kutupluluğa sürükleyecek, yükselen ekonomiler olarak tabir edilen dört ekonominin (Brezilya, Rusya Federasyonu, Hindistan, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti) gelişim süreçlerini, birbirleriyle ve ABD ile olan ilişkilerini incelemekti. Dünya tarihinin daha önce hiç bu kadar çok sayıda farklı algılama biçimlerini bir araya getirmek zorunda olmaması ve bu kadar küresel safta bir yeni dünya düzeninin kurulmamış olması değişimin ne yönde olacağı konusundaki belirsizlikleri artırmakla beraber çok kutupluluğun gelişmekte olan ülkeler ve yükselen ekonomiler lehine daha adil bir bölüşümü etkin kılacağı ise şüphesizdir. THE CHANGE OF POWER EQUILIBRIUM IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY AND BRICS In case of us intending to evaluate the political and economical relations that are getting complicated through globalization process in the contex of power equilibrium, it is obviously seen that we face a different structure than the USA hegomany which has been reckoning since the Second World War till the end of 90s. The main purpose of our studying was analyising the relations of the four economies (Brazil, Russian Federasion, India, Republic of China) both with each other and also with USA enclosed to their improving processes which are worldly said as raising economies who shows up themselves and draw the world up to a multipolarity especialy by the beginning of the years 2000. Ever since the world history of being not bounded to gather up such different perceptional forms until today and of the new world concept's not being settled up on a global base is a reason to the increasement of the uncertainty related to the leading way of change while multipolarity would also affect a fair distribution by all means on behalf of developing countries and raising economies.
