Publication: İş-aile çatışmasının stres üzerindeki rolü : pandemi döneminde uzaktan çalışanlar üzerinde bir araştırma
Abstract
İşletmeler açısından iş-aile çatışması ve stres arasındaki ilişki birçok kere araştırma konusu olmuş ve bu yönde çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Stres, literatürde yıllardır farklı açılardan incelenen bir kavramdır. Günümüze kadar işletme ortamı dendiği zaman akıllara fiziksel bir örgüt ortamı gelmekte ve çalışmalar bu fiziki ortamda oluşan durumlar göz önüne alınarak yapılmıştır. 2019 yılının son ayında dünya çapında yayılım gösteren Covid-19 Pandemisi ile bu durum değişiklik göstermeye başlamıştır. Teknolojik alandaki ileri teknikler ile hizmet sektörü ve bununla beraber işletmeler büyük bir dönüşüm süreci içine girmiştir. Çalışmanın temel amacı iş-aile çatışması ile stres arasındaki ilişkiyi pandemi süresinde, fiziki olarak örgüt ortamında icre edilen işin evlere taşınması ile oluşan yeni çalışma sistemi içinde incelemektir. Buna yönelik olarak pandemi döneminde, evde bilfiil çevrimiçi çalışan bireylerden toplanan veriler incelenmiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda stres üzerinde birçok değişkenin etkili olduğu, iş-aile çatışmasının da bunlardan biri olduğu görülmüştür.
The relationship between the work-family conflict and the stress has been a research for many times and there have been many studies for this. Stress is a notion that has been studied for many years from many aspects. Till now, when we talk about the working atmosphere, a physical organization environment comes to mind and the studies are done considering the situations happening in these environments. With the Covid-19 Pandemia spreaded all around the world through the last month of the 2019, this situation differs. With the advanced techniques in technology, the service industry as well as the businesses get in an important transformation process. The main aim in this study is to analiyse the relationship between the family-work conflict and the stress through the pandemic process in the new working system emerged with the work transfer from the physical organization environment to home. correspongingly, the data collected from people working at home actively in the pandemia process is analysed. As a result of analysing the data, it is seen that there are many factors on the stress and the family-work conflict is one of them.
