Abstract

Karşılaştırmalı anayasa hukuku hukukçuya kendi anayasa hukukunu ve anayasa kültürünü anlamak için fırsat sunan bir anlama şeklidir.Karşılaştırmacının yararlanabileceği birçok kuramsal yapı ve yaklaşımbulunmaktadır. Bu incelemede de bu yapı ve yaklaşımlardan bazıları elealınmaktadır.

Comparative constitutional law is a mode of comprehension that creates abundant opportunities for better understanding one’s own cons?titutional law and constitutional culture. There are plenty of theoretical structures and approaches that a comparatist can take advantage of. Some of these structures and approaches will be examined in this study.
