Abstract

1. ÖZET Hemşireler İçin Güvenli Kan Transfüzyonu Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği’nin Geliştirilmesi; Geçerlilik ve Güvenirlilik Çalışması Öğrencinin Adı ve Soyadı: GÜLSÜM KÖKSAL DÜLGER Danışman: Dr. Öğr. yeterlik ölçeğinin geliştirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu metodolojik çalışma İstanbul’da bir kamu üniversite hastanesinde Mart-Nisan 2021 tarihleri arasında 372 hemşire ile yürütüldü. 90 maddelik madde havuzu uzman görüşüne sunuldu. Uzman görüşleri LAWSHE analizi ile değerlendirildi. 75 maddelik taslak form hazırlandı. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile değerlendirildi. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık güvenirliği için Cronbach’s Alpha değeri; iki yarı güvenirliğini belirlemek amacıyla Spearman Brown ve Guttman değerlerine bakıldı. Bulgular: Açımlayıcı faktör analizi, ölçeğin toplam varyansın %71,36'sını açıklayan dört faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğunu gösterdi. 49 maddenin faktör yüklerinin 0,504 ile 0,921 arasında değiştiği, madde-toplam korelasyonlarının ise 0,555 ile 0,929 arasında olduğu saptandı. Ölçeğin bütünü için Cronbach's Alpha katsayısı 0,96; Spearman Brown katsayısı 0,81; Guttman katsayısı ise 0,81 olarak bulundu. Sonuç: Hemşireler için geliştirilen Güvenli Kan ve Kan Ürünleri Transfüzyonu ÖzYeterlik Ölçeği geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracıdır. 2. SUMMARY Development of the Safe Blood Transfusion Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses; Validity and Reliability Study Student’s Name: GÜLSÜM KÖKSAL DÜLGER yesi GÜLTEN KARAHAN OKUROĞLU Purpose: The aim of this research is to develop of the safe blood and blood products of transfusion self-efficacy scale for nurses. Materials and Methods: This methodological study was conducted at a public university hospital in Istanbul with the participation of 372 nurses between the dates of March and April 2021. Item pool filled up with 90 items was presented to expert opinion.Expert opinions was evaluated by LAWSHE analysis. 75-item draft form was prepared. The structure validity of the scale was assessed with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. It has been looked for Cronbach's Alpha value to determine internal consistency reliability of the scale while we were looking to Spearman Brown and Guttman values to determine the reliability of the two halves. Results: The exploratory factor analysis showed the scale had a four-factor structure that explained 71,36% of the total variance. It was determined that the factor loads of 49 items varied between 0,504 and 0,921 and the item-total correlations were between 0,555 and 0,929.For the whole scale, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was 0,96; The Spearman Brown coefficient is 0,81; However, The Guttman coefficient was found as 0,81. Conclusion: Safe blood and blood products of transfusion self-efficacy scale for nurses is valid and reliable measurement tool.
