Publication: Yapay Zeka Perspektifinde Eğitime Yönelik Uzman Sistem Modellemesi
Abstract
YAPAY ZEKA PERSPEKTİFİNDE EĞİTİME YÖNELİK UZMAN SİSTEM MODELLEMESİ Bireylerle hızlı etkileşim kurma, farklı formatlarda bilgiyi işleyerek saklayabilme ve görsel-işitsel girdileri görüntülemek için diğer medya araçlarıyla etkin bir biçimde kullanılabilme özellikleri ile bilgisayarlar öğretim ortamlarında hızla yaygınlaşmıştır. Öğretim ortamlarında bilgisayarlar, özellikle bir takım bilgilerin derlenmesi, saklanması ve değerlendirilmesi gibi beyin gücü gerektiren uygulamalara yeni araç ve teknikler geliştirmek için kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, bilgisayarların bu özelliklerinden yararlanılarak bir yapay zeka çalışma alanı olan uzman sistemlerin öğretim ortamlarına uyarlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Uzman sistemler bir yapay zeka çalışma alanıdır ve ana hatlarıyla, çözümü aranan probleme uzman bir kişi gibi yaklaşarak çözüm önerisi sunabilen bilgisayar sistemleri olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu çalışmada yapay zeka perspektifinde, gerek BÖTE bölümlerinde yetiştirilen öğretim teknolojileri uzmanlarının kazanımlarını test edebilecekleri, gerekse web-tabanlı öğretim materyal ve metodolojilerinin (LMS, LCMS vb.) değerlendirilmesi konusunda uzman bilgisi sunabilecek bir uzman sistem geliştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Geliştirilen sistem web-tabanlı öğretim ortamlarının arayüz tasarımı açısından değerlendirmesini gerçekleştirmektedir. Sistem web ortamında çalışmakta ve birden çok kullanıcının aynı anda kullanımına olanak sunmaktadır. Sistemin geliştirilmesinde ASP teknolojilerinden yararlanılmış, kodlama dili olarak Visual Basic Script dili kullanılmıştır. Sistemde farklı yetkilere sahip üç kullanıcı grubu bulunmaktadır. Bunlar; sistemi sadece değerlendirme amaçlı kullanan “standart kullanıcı”, sistemin bilgi tabanını geliştirme yetkisi bulunan “uzman” ve kullanıcı yönetimi yetkisine sahip “yönetici” dir. Sistem Windows tabanlı bir sunucu üzerinde çevrimiçi olarak üç farklı kullanıcı grubu için test edilmiş ve kararlı olarak çalıştığı gözlemlenmiştir.
MODELLING AN INSTRUCTIONAL EXPERT SYSTEM PERSPECTIVE IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE To communicate with people rapidly, to keep and process information in different forms and to visualize audio-visual inputs and because they can be used with other media tools, computers became widespread in education area. Computers in education area are used to develop new tools and techniques which needs brainpower like collecting, keeping and evaluating information. In this study it is aimed to adopt expert system, which is in one of the artificial intelligence area, into education by using these features of computers. Expert systems are an artificial intelligence area and it can be defined as computer system that can offer a solution to the problem, approaching it as an expert person. In this study it is aimed to adopt an expert system that can offer expert information in the perspective of artificial intelligence both to test the gains of the experts who are educated in CEIT and in evaluating web-based teaching material and methodology. Adopted system achieves evaluation of the web-based teaching in the perspective of user interface designing. System works in web and more than one user can use it. ASP technologies are used to adopt the system, Visual Basic Script is used as encoding language. There are three groups of users in the system. The first is the standard user who use the system to evaluate, the second is expert who can improve the system, and administrator who has the authority of the user directing. The system tested online on a windows based server with three different users and it is seen that it worked stable.
