Abstract
9-18 Yaş Gurubu Müsabık Yüzücülerde,Eklem Hareket Genişliğinin ve Antropometrik Parametrelerin Yüzme Performansı ile İlişkisi ve Bunu Temel Alan Yeni Bir Esneklik Programının Düzenlenmesi adlı çalışmamızda,yarışçı yüzücülerin yarışma dereceleri ile ölçülen eklem hareket genişlikleri ve antropometrik parametreler karşılaştırılmış, ayrıca bazı antropometrik parametreler ile esneklik ölçüm değerleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ülkemizde elit seviyedeki yarışçı yüzücülerin eksiklikleri belirlenerek,bir esneklik nerilmiştir. Araştırmaya,Türkiye Şampiyonası'nda,kendi yaş gurubunda ilk 8 dereceyi alan 62 kız 70 erkek olmak üzere 132 yüzücü katılmıştır. Yüzücülerin performans kriteri olarak,Türkiye Yaş Grupları Yüzme Şampiyonası'nda dört teknikte yüzdükleri yarışma dereceleri alındı. Yüzücülerin ölçülen antropometrik parametreleri; boy,kol,el ve ayak uzunlukları,CORM,BMI,KKA ve %Yağ değerleri, somatotip komponentle; eklem hareket genişliği parametreleri omuz ektensiyon ve fleksiyonu,gövde ekstansiyonu,kalça abduksiyon ve ekstansiyon,ayak inversiyon,eversiyon ve ayak bileği plantal fleksiyon değerleridir. Antropometrik analizler Heat-Carter protokolüne uygun olarak Kinantropometri bilgisayar programında yapıldı. Esneklik ölçümleri dijital elektronik fleksiyometri ile ölçüldü. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS bilgisayar programında analiz edildi. Araştırmamızda kullanılan antropometrik indeksler ile yüzme performansı arasında önemli bir ilişki bulunamadı. Araştırmamıza katılan yüzücülerin esneklikleri ile dört tekniğin yarışma dereceleri arasında önemli bir ilişki bulunamadı. Bunun en önemli nedeninin,hem antrenörlerin hem de sporcuların esneklik çalışmalarını göz ardı edip yeterli uygulama yapmamalarıdır. Bazı antropometrik parametrelerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkisinin incelenmesi sonucunda,her iki cinste de yüzücü seçiminde boy uzunluğunun dikkate alınmasında yarar olduğunu telkin etti. Ayrıca,özellikle kız yüzücülerde BMI ve %Yağ değerlerinin düşük olmasının yüzme performansının gelişmesinde önemli olduğunu gösterdi. Bazı antropometrik parametreler ile esneklik ölçüm değerlerinin karşılaştırılarak incelenmesi, omuz genişliğinin omuz esnekliğini arttırdığını, kalça genişliğinin ise kalça esnekliğini azalttığını ve ayak uzunluğunun ayak bileği esnekliğinde çok önemli olmadığını gösterdi. Sonuç olarak, puberte öncesi yüzücülerde,fiziksel boyutlar,vücut şekli ve esneklikle ilgili olarak performansı iyi yönde etkileyecek belirleyici bir ilişki bulunamadı. Performansın geliştirilmesinde,antrenman seviyeleri,ve yüzme tekniklerinin de etkili olduğu düşünülmektedir. Yapmış olduğumuz araştırma sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesiyle yüzme performansının esneklikle ilişkili olduğu düşünülerek esneklik geliştirici bir program önerildi.
Range of motion joints which are rated by the success degree of competitor swimmers in competitions and antropometric parametres were compared to each other; and furthermore, the corelation between some specific antropometric parametres and flexibility rating values were researched in this study called Arranging A New Trainning Program Which Is Based On The Corelation Between Antropometric Parametres and Range of Motion of Joints Regarding the Swimming Performance In The Competitor Swimmers of The Age Group Between 9 and 18. In the research, 132 swimmers,62 of whom were females and 70 of whom were males were involved.These swimmers were those people who got the first eight degree of success in their own age groups in the Turkey Championship.The degree of success of the competitor swimmers in their swimming by four styles in the Turkey Age Groups Swimming Championship were used as the swimmer's performance criterion. The rates antropometric parametres of the swimmers are the length of their stature, arm, hand, and feet, CORM, BMI, KKA and fat % values, somatotip components; shoulder extension and flexion of range of motion of joint parametres, trunk extension,hip adduction and extension, foot inversion, eversion and ankle plantal flexion values The antropometric analyses were executed within the kinantropometric computer program in accordance with the Heat-Carter agreement.The flexibility rating was carried out with digital elektronic flexiometre.The results were analysed in the SPSS computer program. No significant correlation has been found out between the flexibility of the swimmers involved in the research and the competition degrees of the four styles.The most important reason for that is both the trainers and swimmers do not make sufficient practice possibly because of their ignoring flexibility movements. The results obtained from the correlation between some specific antropometric parametres have showed that it is helpful to take into consideration the length of stature in choosing swimmers in both genders.In addition, the fact that BMI and Fat values % are low is effective in helping improve the swimming performance especially in female swimmers. According to the analyses done by comparing some specific antropometric parametres and flexibilty rating values have showed that the width of shoulder increases the flexibility of shoulder but the width of hip reduces the flexibility of hip and the length of feet does not play a significant role in the flexibility of ankle. In conclusion, there has been no significant determining correlation found out which may affect the performance in a positive way regarding physical measures, body shape and flexibility before the period of puberty.The level of training and swimming styles are also effective in improving performance.According to the results obtained from this research, a program which will help improve flexibility has been suggested taking into account the fact that there is a correlation between flexibility and swimming performance.
