Abstract
Ulusların yaşam düzeyini belirleyen unsurların en önemlisi eğitim-öğretim sistemleridir. Bunu gerçekleyen ise; sistemlerin çarkını döndüren ve insan davranışlarının mimarı olarak adlandırılan öğretmendir. Çünkü öğretmenin yetiştirdiği iş ve beyin gücünün niteliği, toplumsal üretkenliğin de temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle öğretmenlerin, çağdaş gelişmeleri mesleki kişiliklerine yansıtmaları beklenir. Öğretmen, öğretim ortamlarında bulunan öğrenci,program,ortam,yöntem,araç-gereç ve diğer değişkenleri orkestra şefi ustalığı ile yönetmesi gereken kişidir. Bu da,öğretmenlerin, uluslararası rekabeti gerçekleştirecek bireyleri yetiştirmek üzere sahip olduğu öğretme davranışlarını sürekli geliştirmeleriyle olanaklıdır. Milli eğitim sisteminin her düzeydeki eğitim öğretim hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde temel görev ve sorumluluk öğretmenler tarafından üstlenilip gerçekleştirilmelidir. Öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları bilimsel sosyal ve psikolojik davranışları, kendilerini sürekli geliştirmek üzere yenilemeleri, ülkenin gereksinim duyduğu çağdaş insan tipini yetiştirebilmeleri açısından önem taşımaktadır. Fen ve kimya öğretmeni öğrencilerin kendini ve günlük yaşamı tanımalarına, iyi bir kimya öğretmeni yetiştirmeye yönelik fen bilimlerinin önemini algılayarak yorumlayabilmelerini sağlayan kişidir. İşte bu nedenle insan davranışlarının ve toplumun mimarı olan öğretmenlerin çağdaş bilimsel mesleki yeteneklere sahip olması beklenir. Araştırmada da kimya öğretmenlerinin öğretme süreçlerinde kullandıkları eğit-bilimsel davranışları araştırılıp tüm boyutlarıyla belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın kuramsal temellerini oluşturmak üzere ulusal ve uluslararası alan-yazın taranmıştır. Araştırmanın uygulamalı bölümünde ise; geliştirilen araştırma aracı, evrenden seçilen ve örneklemde yer alan okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlere uygulanarak, elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkılarak oluşturulan öneriler öğretmenlerin öğretme davranışlarının geliştirilmesine yönelik olarak ilgililere sunulmuştur. Haziran 2006 Nurullah Sönmez
The most important criteria which affect the level of living standard is education system. The reliability of that is teacher, who is called as the architecture of human behaviors and who works as a system producer. Since the property of work and brain power, generated by teachers, constructs fundamental part of social productivity. So it is expected that teachers reflect the modern development to the personality of occupational. Teacher is a person who leads the students, program, environment, method material and the other variations in education area as a maestro expertise. And it is just possible that teachers must develop this teaching behavior continuously, because this behavior is important on person who will have a role international competition. The fundamental duty and responsibility to achieve the purpose in national education system in every level should be determined by teachers. Permanently teachers must improve, their scientific, social and psychological attitudes by update knowledge to create modern human who is needed for nation requires. Science and chemistry teacher makes the students explore nature and their daily life and themselves and gets importance of learning science by interpretations So It is expected that teachers, the architecture of human behaviors and society must have modern scientific occupational talents .At the search pedagogic attitudes and behaviours that chemistry teachers use in teaching progress, are searched and clarified in all details. National and international materials are scanned to construct the theoretical base of search .But in applied part of the search developed methods at the search are applied on teachers , working at the sample schools and chosen space.
