UZAKTAN EĞİTİM: FIRSATLAR VE TEHDİTLER

Abstract

Toplumsal bazdaki her yeniliğin içeriğinde, güncel durumlara ilişkin iyileştirici hamleler bulunsa da, geleneksel olana yeni olanı eklemleme sürecinde doğması muhtemel sorunlar, birer tehdit olarak her zaman vardır. Eğitim olgusunu benzer bir yenilik ile ilişki ekseninde ele alan bu çalışmanın temel amacı, uzaktan eğitim kapsamındaki eğitsel süreçlerin inovatif bileşenlerle kurgulanmasının bir sonucu olarak beliren fırsatlar ve tehditleri Türkiye özelinden saptamak ve öneriler geliştirmektir. Çünkü eğitsel süreçlerde önemli sayılabilecek dönüşümleri beraberinde getiren uzaktan eğitim sistemi özellikle aktörlerin ve içeriklerin sürece katılım performanslarını etkilemektedir. Sistem, bir taraftan sorun giderirken diğer taraftan sorun yaratmaktadır. Bu nedenle, fırsatların ve tehditlerin ivedilikle kavranarak bir aksiyon politikası geliştirilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada, sözü edilen konunun önemi, kuramsal yönelimler ve pratiklerle ilişki içinde açıklanmış ve geleceğe ilişkin bir projeksiyon oluşturulmuştur.

Even though there are remedial actions in relation to the current situations of innovation on the social basis, there are always threats that are likely to arise in the process of attaching the new innovations to the traditional one. The main aim of this study is to identify the relationship between education and innovation, focusing at opportunities and threats that emerge as a result of constructing educational processes within the innovative components that deviates from the specificity of Turkey and hence develop suggestions. Distance education system, which brings the transformation in educational processes, affects the performance of actors and contents hence causing problems from the other side and trouble shooting from the other side. For this reason, development of actions policy is important by quickly understanding opportunities and threats that arises from innovation. In this study, the importance of the issue has been explained in details by taking its theoretical and practical dimensions into consideration. Projections regarding the future of distance learning have been also established in this article.
