Çalışma sürelerinde esneklik ve denkleştirme uygulaması

Abstract

Teknolojik gelişmeler, artan küresel rekabet ve yeni küresel ekonomik anlayış, çalışma ilişkilerini de dönüştürmüş ve yeni ihtiyaçların esnek, hızlı ve uyarlanabilir yöntemlerle giderilmesi gereğini doğurmuştur. Çalışma sürelerinde esneklik sağlayan düzenlenmeler bu ihtiyacın ürünü olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışma sürelerinde esneklik sağlayan denkleştirme uygulaması 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu ile yasal zemine kavuşmuş ve uygulama alanı bulmuştur. Çalışmamızda çalışma sürelerinde esneklik sağlayan düzenlemeler ele alınarak denkleştirme uygulaması incelenmiştir.

Technological advances, increasing global competition and new global economic understanding have also transformed working relationships and it has resulted in meeting new needs with flexible, fast and adaptable methods. Regulations that provide flexibility in working times have emerged as a product of this need. The equalization practice, which provides flexibility in working times, has gained legal ground with the Labor Law No. 4857 and has found an area of practice. In our study, the rules that provide flexibility in working times were examined and equalization practice has been studied.
