Publication: Düstürü'l Amel'in İslam Siyaset Edebiyatındaki Yeri ve Katip Çelebi'nin Siyaset Düşüncesi
Abstract
Kâtip Çelebi, siyasi düşüncelerini özellikle Düstûrü'l-amel adlı eserinde ele almaktadır. Bu açıdan konu, Düstûrü'l-amel adlı risalenin İslâm siyasi düşünce geleneğindeki yerini ele almakta, bir başka açıdan da, Kâtip Çelebi'nin siyasi düşüncelerini ve siyasetin tanım, ilke ve işleyişine ilişkin konuların açığa çıkarılmasını içermektedir. Kâtip Çelebi'nin düşüncelerine temel oluşturan kavramsal çerçevenin kavranması açısından çeşitli ilmi gelenek ve kişilerin kısa bir tanıtımını yapmak gerekli sayılmıştır. Kâtip Çelebi'yi diğer ıslahat yazarlarından ayıran en temel özellik, düşüncelerini İslam siyaset yazın geleneklerini temel alarak ve belli bir felsefi alt yapıyla beraber ifade etmiş olmasıdır. Bundan dolayı Kâtip Çelebi'nin düşünceleri ile diğer entelektüel gelenek ve ıslahat yazarları arasında karşılaştırmalar zaman zaman yapılmıştır.
Kâtip Çelebi, discusses his political thought in pamphlet of "Düstûrü'l-amel" (Principles for Action). The explanation of the issues is regarding the intellectual background of this study and, definition, tenets and, applications of politics. A brief introduction of some traditions and personalities is deemed necessary in order the conceptual framework forming a ground for the observations of Kâtip Çelebi to be understood better. One of the main features which separate Kâtip Çelebi from other reformist authors is that he expressed his observations with reference to the traditioanl Islamic literature of politics, and with some philosophical background. In addition to this, some comparisons between the considerations of Kâtip Çelebi and those of the other authors of intellectual tradition and reforms also take place.
