Halis İbrahim-i Pozarefçevî [öl. 1752] Mecme‘u'l-Emsâl inceleme, tenkitli metin, dizinler, açıklamalar

Abstract

Mecme‘u'l-Emsâl, 3 Zi'l-Hıcce 1143 = 9 Haziran 1731’de İstanbul’un Hırka-i Şerîf mahallesinde tamamlanmış, Türk edebiyatı tarihinin farklı devrelerinde birçok yönden karşılıklı münasebetin söz konusu olduğu Farsça eserler bağlamında kaleme gelen şerh, sözlük, gramer, emsal ve daha başka konulardaki kitabiyat dairesine mensup eserlerden, kaynak adlarının atıf usulüyle belirtilerek toplandığı bir derlemedir. Çalışmanın esas maksadında, şimdiye değin Türkiyat ve Şarkiyat araştırmacılığının ilgi alanlarında herhangi bir neşir çalışmasına konu edilmemiş olan Mecme‘u'l-Emsâl’in tenkitli metninin hazırlanması hedeflenmiştir. Tez resmiyeti çerçevesiyle ele alınan ve yedi ana başlıkla bölümlenen çalışmada, Hâlis İbrâhim-i Pozarefçevî [öl. 1165/ 1752]’nin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında malumat değerlendirilmiş, eser ve kaynakları tetkik edilerek tanıtılmış, metnin içeriğine uygun olarak üç farklı dizini yapılmıştır. Elde edilen neticeler sonuç kısmında ifade edilmiş, muhtevada dikkat çeken noktalar ise açıklamalar başlığı altında ele alınmıştır.

Majma‘ al-Amtāl was completed on June 9, 1731, 3 Hijjah 1143, in the Khirka Shareef district of Istanbul, and it was written in the context of Persian works, which were in many ways intertwined with their Turkish counterparts in the history of Turkish literature. It is a compilation collected from works belonging to the department of books on commentary, dictionary, grammar, precedent and more by indicating the names of their sources in a citation method. The main purpose of the study is to prepare the criticized text of Majma‘ al-Amtāl, which has not been the subject of any works in the field of Turkic and Oriental research until now. In the study, which was handled within the framework of the thesis formality and divided into seven main titles, the information about the life and works of Halis İbrahim-i Pozarefçevî [date of death 1165/ 1752] was evaluated, the work and its sources were introduced, and three different indexes were made in accordance with the content of the text. The results obtained are expressed in the conclusion part and the striking points in the content are discussed under the title of explanations.
