Abstract
MÜZİK ÖĞRETMENİ ADAYLARININ PİYANO PEDAGOJİSİNE YÖNELİK ALGILADIKLARI YETERLİLİKLER Bu araştırmanın amacı müzik öğretmeni adaylarının piyano pedagojisine yönelik algıladıkları yeterlilikleri belirlemektir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Eğitim Fakülteleri Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi sınıf öğrencileri, örneklemini ise Marmara ve Gazi Üniversiteleri Eğitim Fakülteleri Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi sınıf öğrencilerinden 112 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla 38 sorudan oluşan anket hazırlanmıştır. Ankette müzik öğretmeni adaylarının piyano literatürünü, piyano eğitimi literatürünü ve piyano başlangıç metotlarını bilmede ve çeşitli yaş gruplarına yönelik piyano öğretiminde kendilerini yeterli bulma düzeylerine yönelik sorular yer almıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar şu şekilde özetlenebilir: -Müzik öğretmeni adaylarının piyano literatürünü ve piyano eğitimi literatürünü bilmede kendilerini yeterli bulma düzeyleri oldukça düşüktür. -Müzik öğretmeni adaylarının çeşitli yaş gruplarına yönelik piyano öğretiminde ve piyano başlangıç metotlarını bilmede kendilerini yeterli bulma düzeyleri beklentileri karşılamamaktadır. THE PERCEIVED SUFFICIENCY OF THE CANDIDATES OF MUSIC TEACHERS TO THE PIANO PEDAGOGY The aim of this research is to establish perceived sufficiency of the music teacher candidates in piano pedagogy. Survey model was used in this research. The population of the research is the 3rd and 4th class students of the educational faculties’ fine arts education – music departments and the sample of the research is 112 students from 3rd and 4th class of the educational faculties’ fine arts education – music departments of the Marmara and Gazi Universities. In order to collect data for the research a questionnaire containing 38 questions was prepared. In the questionnaire there are questions for the perceived sufficiency levels of the music teachers about piano literature, piano education literature, beginning piano methods and about teaching piano to any age period. The results of the research can be summed up as follows: -The perceived sufficiency levels of the candidates of music teachers about piano literature and piano education literature are quite low. -The perceived sufficiency levels of the candidates of music teachers about teaching piano to any age period and knowledge of beginning piano methods are below expected level. ano, Piano Pedagogy, Teaching Piano.
