Endüstriyel otomasyon laboratuarındaki ana kontrolün scada sistemi ile gerçekleştirilmesi

Abstract

ENDÜSTRİYEL OTOMASYON LABORATUARINDAKİ ANA KONTROLÜN SCADA SİSTEMİ İLE GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLMESİ Gerçek zamanlı kontrol ve izleme sistemlerin uygulanmaması durumunda geleneksel kontrol sistemleri ile bilginin hızla bir merkeze ulaşması mümkün değildir. Bundan başka şebekenin tek bir merkezden bütün olarak kesintisiz ve sürekli izlenmesi ve kontrolü ancak gerçek zamanlı Uzaktan Kontrol Gözlem ve Veri İşleme Sistemleriyle (SCADA) gerçekleştirilebilir. Bu çalışmada, birçok teknik alanda işleri kolaylaştıran sistem olan SCADA'nın otomasyon sistemlerindeki uygulanışı incelenip, işlevselliğini vurgulanmıştır. Çeşitli açılardan SCADA sistemi ile ilişkisi incelenip, örnek bir uygulama projesi üzerinde sistemin uygulanışı gerçekleştirilmiştir.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MAIN CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION LABORATORY WITH SCADA SYSTEM In the case of traditional control systems, it is not possible to reach a center of information quickly without real time control and monitor. Besides, the continuous monitoring and control of a network as a whole from a single and uninterrupted center can be performed by the real-time observation and Data Processing System with Remote Control (SCADA). In this study, we highlighted the functionality of SCADA, which simplifies things in many technical areas, and facilitates the implementation of automation systems. The relationship between automation and SCADA system was investigated from different aspects. Application of the system was realized.
