Publication: Methodische vorgehensweise für die konzeptions-und designphase von BPM (Business process management) am beispiel der open text corporation
Abstract
Bu yüksek lisans tezinin amacı, iş süreçleri yönetiminde (BPM) kullanılan konsepsiyon ve dizayn fazlarinin sistematik bir metodoloji konsepti oluşturularak desteklenmesidir. Bu sistematik metodoloji, yenilikçi bir değişim konsepti ile oluşturulup, özel olarak Open Text Corporation şirketinin ‘Global Services DACH – Business Unit BPM’ adlı departmanı için hazırlanacaktır. Bu projeden elde edilen sonuçların Open Text Corporation şirketinin iş süreçlerine entegre edilmesi düşünülmektedir. Bu tezin yapımında bilimsel ve uygulamaya yönelik (ör. uygulanabilirlik ve öğrenilebilirlik) yaklaşımların sentezlenmesi kritik bir başarı faktörü olarak belirlenmiştir. BPM alanındaki değişik yaklaşımların (iş süreçleri analizi ve iş süreçleri modelleme ağırlıklı olmak üzere) bir araya getirilmesi bu tez için bilimsel bir taban oluşturmaktadır. Bu tezle oluşturulan; ‘Open Text ECM Deployment Framework’ adındaki iş süreçleri konseptinin „Strategic Alignment“, „Initiation“ ve „Analysis/ Design“ adındaki erken fazlarını kapsayan sistematik metodolojiye ek olarak; bir iş süreci modelleme metodolojisi oluşturulacak ve buna uygun bir iş süreci modelleme aracı tavsiye edilecektir. Bu tez aracılığı ile toplanacak olan bilginin ileride Open Text Corporation şirketinin şirket içi eğitimlerinde kullanılması amaçlanmaktadır.
The purpose of the present Master’s Thesis is to conceptualizing a systematical methodology for supporting the conception and design phases of business process management (BPM) with an innovative change concept, which has to be designed particularly for the “Business Unit BPM” of Open Text Corporation – Global Services DACH. The results of this project are to be integrated into Open Text Corporation’s Deployment Framework. A critical success factor in the construction of this Thesis is the synthesis of scientifical and practical approaches, i.e. applicability and learnability. The depiction of various approaches in the area of BPM with an emphasis on business process analysis and business process modelling compose a scientifical base for this study. As an addition to the systematical methodology for the conception and design phase of BPM, which covers the first three phases of Open Text ECM Deployment Framework „Strategic Alignment“, „Initiation“ and „Analysis/ Design“, a modelling methodology is also depicted and a recommendation for a suitable process modelling tool has been made. The knowledge collected with this study has to be used for the internal trainings of Open Text Corporation in the future
