Hicri 1311-1312 tarihli Edremit şeriyye sicili

Abstract

Çalışmamıza konu olan Hicrî 1311-1312 tarihli Edremit er‘îyye Sicili defteri 178 hükümden meydana gelmektedir. Hükümler, içerik yönünden tereke/ miras ve vakıf konularını ihtiva etmekte olup, bunun dıında bir takım münferit konulara da yer verilmitir. Gayr-i müslimlere ait davalara da bu çalımada sıkça rastlanılmaktadır. Ayrıca çalıma alanımız olan Karasi Sancaı’nın Edremit Kazası’nda, yabancı devletlerin teb‘asından olan kimselerin de kayıtlarını görmek mümkündür. Tereke hükümlerinin sonunda, ölen kiinin malları bütün ayrıntılarıyla isim isim ve kıymetleriyle birlikte verilmitir. Yine vakıf meselelerine ait hükümlerin sonunda, karar mahkeme tarafından ahitlere tasdik ettirilmi ve aynı ahitlerin isimleri hükmün sonuna ilave edilmitir. Defter, XIX Yüzyıl’ın sonlarına doru Edremit yöresinin sosyal ve iktisadî hayatına dair pek çok konu hakkında bilgi vermektedir.

Notebook of Edremit records of law which blongs to the years 1311 and 1312 contains 178 subjects that we study on. These subjects include heritage and foundation law subjects and also they include some other individual subjects. And we freguently meet lawsuit of people who are not muslims. Also it is possible to see the records of foreign people who leave in Edremit in Karasi Sanjak. It is emphasised the goods of dead person in all details and valves at the end of heritage law subjects. Again at the end of the foundation law subjects, the judgement had been approved to the witnesses by the court, and names of these witnesses were added at the end of the subject paper. The notebook gives a lot of information about the situation of social and economical life of Edremit area in 19th Century.
