Kentiçi Otobüs Taşımacılığında Yeni Bir Model Önerisi ve Simülasyon Tekniği ile Performans Değerlemesi

Abstract

Özet: Ulaşım problemi, bir kent için temel sorun alanlarından birisidir ve problemin temel unsurlarından birisi de toplu taşıma sistemidir. Toplu taşıma sisteminde ise kilit rol karayolu ve otobüs taşımacılığındadır. Bu yaklaşımla çalışmamızın konusu olarak "Kentiçi Otobüs Taşımacılığında Hat Planlaması" konusu ele alınmış, çalışma kapsamı içerisinde mevcut durum incelenerek hat planlaması problemi çerçevesinde yeni model önerileri getirilmiştir. Önerilen modeller ile mevcut durum arasındaki kıyaslama belirlenen performans ölçütleri kapsamında benzetim tekniği yardımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma İstanbul ili özelinde hat planlama problemine odaklanmaktadır. Uygulama alanı olarak Kadıköy-Sahrayı Cedit hattı seçilmiştir. Uygulama alanına yönelik olarak öncelikle mevcut durum incelenmiş sonrasında ise çözüm olarak iki alternatif senaryo önerilmiştir.

Abstract: One of the essential problems of a city is the problem öf transportation and one basic subject of this problem is the public transportation. The key role in the public transportation system belongs to the bus transportation. From this approach, the subject of this paper is "The Line Planning in Urban Transportation", and within which the current condition is analyzed and new model suggestions are developed. The comparison between the current status and proposed models is made by the support of simulation technique regarding the determined performance criteria. This study concentrates on the line-planning problem and analyzes in detail the current status of Istanbul. In this study, current problems and disadvantages are tried to be determined and then new methods are suggested for the line between Kadıköy-Sahrayı Cedit that was chosen as an application field.
